1. Return Policy
- Gaming Sessions
Supergame operates on a service-based model (gaming time, tournaments, bookings, and related activities).
Because game time and facility usage cannot be “returned,” all completed sessions are non-returnable.
- Gaming Products
For physical products (cues, rackets, accessories):
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include the receipt.
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

At Supergame, we respect your privacy.

3. Refund Policy
Played time or Gaming sessions/bookings once started cannot be refunded.
For advance online bookings:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
- No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
For physical products:
- Refund is only available if the product is returned in eligible condition (see Return Policy for gaming products).
Refunds (where applicable):
- Processed within 5–7 business days.
- Returned to the original payment method.
4. Terms & Conditions
By using Supergame’s services, you agree to:
- Follow all safety and facility rules.
- Take responsibility for proper use of equipment.
Any damage caused by a customer will be charged. - Pay applicable charges as per per-minute pricing.
- Booking slots must be used within their timeframes.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.
Supergame may update pricing, rules, or policies without prior notice.
